HINGES & HINGE BORING

Hinge boring service available.
Blum Inserta or Salice Soft Close hinges available (Stocking ½” overlay, Face Frame backplate).
Our standard drilling for European style hinges is as follows:

• From end of door to center of cup hole: 3.125”/80mm
• From edge of door to cup hole: 3/16”/4mm Doors over 40”/1016mm in length to be drilled for 3 hinges.
• Customer must specify Left or Right hand for Arched style doors

Price Notes:

1. Drill only, AWD standard drilling specification, regardless of Pattern:  $1.00 per “hinge”
2. Drill only, non-standard specification:  $1.50 per “hinge”
3. Drill and supply hinge, AWD standard drilling specification:
   
   Blum Intserta $5.00 per hinge
   Salice Silent Close $6.00 per hinge
   
4. Drill and supply hinge, non-standard drilling specification, add $0.50 per hinge.
5. Our stock hinges are set up for ½” (13mm) overlay, Face Frame back plate.
6. Special order frameless back plate and/or other overlay, add $1.00 per hinge.
7. Other special application Blum hinges available and quoted per application.
