Products are organized around a matrix of design features:

• 100 Series - Traditional five-piece doors with solid wood center panels laminated to width.
• 200 Series - Slab Drawer Fronts (solid wood).
• 300 Series - Flat Panel Doors with 6mm veneered panels.
• 400 Series - Paint Grade Doors with raw MDF center panels.
• 500 Series - Veneer Raised Panel Doors.
• 600 Series - Veneer Raised Panels for building doors in your shop.
• 800 Series - Contemporary ShearForm™ Veneered Slab Doors.
• 900 Series - Mitered Doors.

It is best to order using the appropriate one of five Order Forms:

1. Cope & Stick - For all doors and drawer faces using this method of construction.
2. Standard Miter - For Mitered (900 Series) doors with variable frame and edge profiles
3. Designer Miter - For Mitered (900 Series) doors with fixed frame and edge profiles
4. ShearForm™ - For our veneered slab doors.
5. VRP - For veneer raised panels without frames, for building doors in your plant.

Five specifications are required to process orders:

1. Door Style - refers to the type and shape of panel.
2. Examples: 502VRP - Veneer Raised Panel with Cathedral Arch; 101RP = Solid Wood Raised Panel, square.
3. Specie - refers to type of wood. Denote “Rustic” if knots and character defects are desired.
4. Edge Profile - refers to the outside edge profile.
5. Frame Profile - refers to the profile on the inside edge of the frame.
6. Panel Profile - refers to the profile of the raised panel.

Pricing is based on Standard Frame and Panel Profiles with up-charges for other panel or frame options. Your choice among 13 Edge Profiles does not affect price.

Five-Piece Drawer Fronts are priced as doors. Slab Drawer fronts are priced as 200 Series.

Pricing is also organized around specie with four price bands:

1. Red Oak, Poplar, S. Maple
2. White Oak, Birch, Pine, Ash
3. E. Beech, H. Maple, Alder, Hickory, Cypress
4. Cherry, Walnut

Arkansas Wood Doors also offers Rustic & Knotty Grades in most wood species. Rustic Grade: May Contain open & closed knots, natural defects in wood, wide variations in color and grain. Knotty Grade: Only solid knots allowed in this grade, may contain some variations in color and grain. Other species also available; quoted upon request.

All orders are assumed to be DOOR SIZE.
Please order DOOR SIZE only. Dimensions can be inches or millimeters. Tolerance: +/- 1/16” (2mm)
