DESCRIPTION: Heavy duty shape/sander machine used to apply panel profile and door edges to cabinet doors. 1st station is a 1.25" diameter shaper spindle with optional CW or CCW rotation and RPM option of 3500 or 7000. 2nd station is a 1.25" diameter spindle for profile sanding, we used Turbo Sand heads. Spindle can be adjusted on an angle in addition to up/down , in/out. Feed belt has new pads and offers 0-42 FPM adjustment. This machine is still in good operating condition as taken from our production floor. Includes operating manual and the complete SCMI spare parts catalog for all SCMI Centers.
